Building another house became a very stressful decision for me and my family. The beginning stages were the hardest. Finding a lot, drawing up plans, and securing funding all proved challenging. Once we got our county building permit, Kyle Deehan and his Kama’aina Custom Homes crew worked diligently to complete our house on time and in budget. Kyle was exceptionally “hands on” every step of the way, managing and working along side his crew with incredible attention to detail. Any questions or concerns we had along the building process, Kyle made sure they were addressed immediately and everyone was on the same page, even if it meant staying at the building site till early evening to answer our questions. Changes that we made were fairly and honestly priced. He even fore saw problems with the building plans and brought it to our attention so changes could be made in the framing process.
